G.A. Torres, a company with more than 50 years of experience, counts on Gervasio Belda for the modernization of its carob processing plant. Its industrial upgrade project was aimed at improving its productivity in order to take its catalog from the province of Valencia to the rest of the world.
In 2020, G.A. Torres commissioned us to design and manufacture a roasting unit to replace an obsolete installation in its carob processing plant. This first order was followed by a second twin installation in 2022, reflecting the customer’s satisfaction with our work and their desire to standardize their operations with high-efficiency equipment.
In addition to the new roaster, a high-efficiency thermal chamber with a high calorific value was implemented, specifically designed to maximize energy efficiency. By means of an independent roasting chamber, we ensure that the product is not contaminated by external agents, guaranteeing the purity of the processed product.
In addition, the loading and unloading process was automated to improve productivity and reduce the margin of error. The ability demonstrated by Gervasio Belda to configure the product to G.A. Torres’ specific needs, adding sensors and controllers for precise monitoring and control, was essential to achieve customer satisfaction and further proof of our ability to adapt.
