This was the case for the repair of a 500 kW high power motor. This device, in charge of driving a continuous milling system of our brand, suffered an electrical shunt that damaged both electrical and mechanical components. The customer, who has trusted us since the initial installation, turned again to Gervasio Belda for a complete repair.
Our repair process includes mechanical, electrical and electronic management, as well as the disassembly, assembly and start-up of the equipment. In the shortest possible time we were able to get the motor back in operation, guaranteeing the continuity of our customer’s milling process with the least possible impact on their production process and with the guarantee of having solved the problem.
